What areas do you serve?
All County Plumbing is based in Payette, Idaho and serves Payette, Fruitland, New Plymouth, and Weiser, plus Ontario, Oregon, and the surrounding Treasure Valley. If you are nearby and not sure, just call and ask.
Are you licensed and bonded?
Yes. All County Plumbing is a licensed and bonded plumbing company, so the work is done right and to code.
Do you work on homes with private wells?
Yes, and it is a big part of what we do out here. We service well pumps and pressure tanks, chase down low-pressure and no-water problems, and treat well water for iron, sulfur, and hardness.
Why is the water so hard around Payette, and can you fix it?
The whole Treasure Valley sits on hard water, and rural wells add iron and sulfur on top of it. That is what causes the scale, spotting, staining, and rotten-egg smell. We test your water and install a softener and filtration sized to fix it at every tap.
How much will my job cost?
It depends on the work, which is why we look first and tell you what it will cost before we start — no surprise bills. Call or text with the details and we will give you a straight answer.
Who actually shows up to do the work?
You get Jimmy, the owner, or someone he trusts — not a rotating crew of strangers or an out-of-town call center. The person who quotes the job is the one who does it.

Call us and we will be upfront about how we handle service calls and pricing before we head your way. No games.
What should I do in a plumbing emergency?
Shut your water off at the main (or the pump breaker if you are on a well) to stop the damage, then call us and we will walk you through the rest and get to you.
